Did you know when the computer first was released that they just had some basic keyboard symbols? That quickly changed after they realized how many people used them. There are now at least 30 keyboard symbols that people use on a daily basics. Some think that there are over 30 and debate that number. Whenever you are playing around and you spot one that isn’t listed you should come back and tell us.
All ages enjoy using the chat symbols. I was really surprised to find out that my friend who is around 65 years old knows how to use keyboard symbols on her Mac. Not only did she know how to use them but she knew all of them. I’ve also seen people as young as 5 or 6 use these symbols each day.

I think the main reason why people enjoy using the chat keyboard symbols is because they not very hard nor complicated to use whatsoever. All that you need to do is copy the symbols into your messenger and they show up. You can do this by hovering your mouse over the symbol, left click it, highlight the symbol, right click for copy and put it in your messenger. Do you have a lot to say and just don’t know when you can stop talking because you are that excited about it? Does your friend just seem to go on and on about a subject you don’t want to hear? If so then you might want to warn your other friends that they just can’t stop talking about it.

Food is often mentioned in conversations. When your friend says something that sounds or taste really good you can let them know by telling them how delicious or yummy that sounds by this symbol.

Did someone say something that just shocked you or made you feel disguisted? We all have those moments it seems! You can let them know just how shocked or disguisted that made you feel by sticking your tongue out at them! Shock them back!!

Are you in love with someone and want to throw them a kiss? Maybe you just want to make someone feel better. If so you can express how you are feeling by sending them a kiss.

Feel like clowning around? There are some days that just feel right and some friends just seem to clown around all of the time!
