Better Technology Means Less Hacks: Modern Antivirus Software

Back in the day it seemed like if you logged onto the internet you were going to be hacked, spammed, or get a virus. It seems that nowadays there is so much software to prevent all of these malicious attacks that you don’t seem to hear about viruses very much. Don’t get me wrong, they’re all still out there, but if you have proper protection you can experience the internet without risking the safety of your computer or personal information.

One of the major components of this drastic change in internet security is free antivirus-software. One such program is AVG 9 free antivirus software. This is easy to setup and will protect your computer from many different types of attacks. For an AVG 9 Download, click on the link.

Windows 7: Has Microsoft Finally Done Something Right?

Everyone always bashes Windows and Microsoft…like its their job. It’s literally like the cool thing to do in some circles. But Microsoft deserves it. They have had a commanding monopoly on the operating systems niche for the past 15 years and have made billions of dollars selling sub-par software.

But if you’ve checked out Windows 7, you’ll definitely see an upgrade. I guess it’s probably a bit extreme to say that this operating system is perfect, but it just really seems to work. Since I upgraded I’ve virtually had no trouble with it and that makes me happy. What makes me even more happy is how elegant and slick everything looks WHILE its working well.

Just my two cents.
